Let's take a peek 'Behind the Vines' with Trillium's winery manger, Bruce Cross, Jr. We will met at the tasting room promptly at 2 pm on Saturday. You will be served the first of six tastes of wine to sip as we take the short walk through the Lenoir vineyard on the way to the winery. At the winery, Bruce will discuss the wine making process, grape varietals, and a little history. You may also experience a taste of unfinished wines that are in the tanks. After you get back to the tasting room, you will go into a private room for tastes of the remaining five wines and pair them with some food bites. Bruce will discuss these wines and answer questions. Reserve your space today. The tour will last about two hours. Max 10 people per tour. Must be 21 years old or older. Price: $35 per person. Wine club members will receive their discount.
